Mindful Meanders offers Forest Bathing / Intro to Mindfulness in Nature sessions. These are gentle guided walks across different locations in Jersey, where participants are encouraged to slow down, awaken their senses and develop a reconnection to the natural world.

Whether visitors are looking to improve their wellbeing or to experience Jersey's natural landscapes in a new way, Mindful Meanders provides welcoming sessions for individuals, groups and organisations.

The sessions are for anyone who wants to step away from the fast pace of modern life for a couple of hours, unplug from technology and rediscover the sense of calm that exists in nature. The guide has planned routes along which she offers gentle cues, helping participants to experience the sights, sounds and scents around them. There is also a guided relaxation. All activities in the session are invitational, and no previous experience is necessary.
