A Journey Through the Yamas | Yoga Course

A five-week yoga course at Kalimukti exploring the Yamas through yoga, meditation, breathwork and philosophy, with single-week drop-ins welcome.

Dana leads a five-week course at Kalimukti exploring the Yamas, the first limb of yoga. Visitors can join for the whole course or drop in for a single week. These ancient teachings offer a path towards living with greater peace, integrity, compassion and freedom.

As each Yama is explored, participants work on softening old patterns, awakening deeper awareness and reconnecting with their true nature.

Ahimsa – cultivating kindness and non-harming towards oneself and all beings.

Satya – living in the light of truth with courage and authenticity.

Asteya – embracing contentment and honouring the abundance already present.

Brahmacharya – directing one's life force with wisdom and purpose.

Aparigraha – releasing attachment and trusting the flow of life.

Sessions include mindful yoga, meditation and breathwork, along with yogic philosophy, reflection and Kundalini.
