At the Fresh Fish Company, our vivier sources and receives fish and shellfish from the Channel Islands, French and English fishermen, where it is prepared for sale to local restaurants, hotels and catering companies.
Our retail store supplies fresh fish, shellfish, local vegetables, local artisan breads and a wide variety of condiments, many of them locally made.
