Paddleboarding lessons and guided tours offer a new perspective on Bouley Bay, led by a BSUPA-qualified instructor. During the 1.5-hour session, participants learn everything from finding their balance and standing confidently on the board to paddle technique, turning and planning a safe paddleboarding trip. All equipment is included, so visitors need only bring a sense of adventure. The lessons are well suited to beginners.

For those who already know the basics, the team also runs specialised clinics, skills workshops and scenic tours for paddlers looking to build confidence or explore further. Visitors should check the session details when booking.

Additional sessions can be arranged for specific dates or times on request; simply get in touch. For those who do not need a lesson, board-only hire is also available, with no advance booking needed.
