Foraging Tour & Michelin Starred Tasting

Forage inland or along the coast with an expert guide, then enjoy your finds in a seven-course tasting menu at Michelin-starred Bohemia.

Guests are taken by local transfer to Jersey's wild east or west coast for a foraging experience with a renowned local guide. They can choose between an inland or coastal option: foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland, or for seaweeds and shellfish on a coastline tour of one of Jersey's bays, discovering the abundance of produce the island has to offer.

Once the forage has come to an end, the transfer takes guests and their finds back to the Michelin-starred Bohemia Restaurant, where the ingredients are incorporated into a seven-course tasting menu.

Jersey offers a great variety of outdoor pursuits for adventure enthusiasts, and the experienced foraging guide has wide knowledge of all the island has to offer. With years of experience, knowledge and passion, he leads guests through the foraging experience and shows where he sources produce for Bohemia.

Tours begin at either 10:00-12:00 or 11:00-13:00, followed by lunch, or 16:00-18:00 or 17:00-19:00, followed by dinner. Transfers are scheduled for 30 minutes before the foraging time.

Prices are from £409 for two people, £699 for four people and £959 for six people. This is a bespoke experience, so visitors should get in contact to make enquiries and book their chosen date. The experience must be booked at least a week in advance.
