Kayaking at Corbiere

A guided sit-on-top kayak trip along the Jersey Kayak Trail, looking out for seabirds and marine life, suitable for beginners and families.

This sea kayak tour is a way to discover Jersey from the water. The user-friendly sit-on-top kayaks mean newcomers quickly master the basics. Accompanied by local staff, paddlers keep their eyes open for different seabirds and marine life while exploring parts of the Jersey Kayak Trail. The tour is suitable for all ages and abilities, and novices and families are welcome.

Jersey is an island shaped by the sea, where some of the largest tides in the world circle the coast. The guides are local staff passionate about kayaking and Jersey's maritime history, and the tour is a chance to reconnect with nature in the Jersey GeoPark.

The operator is Paddle UK/Ports of Jersey licensed and runs tours from venues islandwide. The departure point is confirmed by SMS text to those booked the evening before, once the team has checked the weather forecasts, so that the tour can run in the best location. Tours start at 10:00 and 14:00.

All equipment, including wetsuits, is supplied. Prices are £52 for adults and £38 for children. There is an eco-discount for arriving by bus, taxi, cycle or on foot.

Tours are suitable for all ages, and group and private trips are also available. Booking is essential, as tours run in small groups.

Tour times for all kayak tours are on the operator's website, where bookings can be made online. Additional dates and times are available on request.
